  Company never showed up to evaluate and quote the job. Never bothered to call even knowing I was driving from Mass. to meet them. Eric promised he would get out there the following day or make sure someone did, and I would have the quote by the end of the day. Again, no show, no call. 3rd day still no call or show. After calling several times and dialing 15 different extensions I left a message and am still waiting for a return call. I made it clear that this job was time sensitive from the beginning. I would NOT recommend this company to install floors in a doll house.

  They have a huge selection of quality flooring and the prices are fabulous. I got exactly the flooring I wanted at a price I could afford. The sales woman was very knowledgeable and the gentleman who loaded my car was excellent. Floors NOW will be my first stop the next time I am looking for flooring. They are definitely worth the trip!
